What does DentalCloud store for a practice?
Clinical photographs: intraoral and extraoral shots, before-and-after sequences and progress photos, organised by patient and case. Practice management records, X-rays and documents stay in your existing systems for now.
Can the whole practice share one account?
Not yet. Today each DentalCloud account belongs to one dentist. Practice accounts, with team members, roles and multiple sites, are what we are building next.
How is patient data protected?
Photos are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher, and location and camera data is stripped from every photo on upload. DentalCloud is aligned with UK GDPR. HIPAA accreditation is in progress.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 10 patients and 1 GB, with no time limit and no card needed. Paid plans start at €15 a month per dentist.
