Imaging software that lives in the browser

Capture on the phone in the chair

Take photos on a phone or tablet and they go straight into the patient's record. No camera cards, no syncing, nothing to install.

A shot list for every case type

Built-in photo checklists for orthodontics, implants, veneers and more, so every case has the same standard views.

Correct mirror shots and framing

Flip occlusal and buccal mirror shots, rotate, crop and adjust brightness without leaving the browser.

A timeline for every patient

Each visit's photos line up by date, from consultation to the final result.

Side-by-side comparison

Put any two photos of a patient next to each other to show progress or check a result.

Share without email attachments

Send a case to a patient, lab or colleague with a private link that you can switch off.

Photographs, not radiographs

Most dental imaging software is built around X-ray sensors and DICOM files, and treats clinical photos as an afterthought. DentalCloud does the opposite: it is built for the photos your team takes every day, and works alongside the imaging software you already use for radiographs. To move existing photos across, see moving photos off the practice server.

Common questions

Does DentalCloud handle X-rays and CBCT scans?

No. DentalCloud is built for clinical photography. It does not open DICOM files or connect to X-ray sensors, so radiographs and CBCT stay in your existing imaging software.

What kinds of photos can we store?

Intraoral and extraoral photographs, portraits and smile shots, and before-and-after and progress sequences, from a phone, tablet or a camera's exported files.

Is there anything to install?

No. DentalCloud runs in the browser on phones, tablets and surgery PCs.

How is patient data protected?

Photos are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher, and location and camera data is stripped from every photo on upload.
